Pedro Zaragoza produced this 100% Typica lot on his farm in San Lucas Zoquiapam, Oaxaca.
"Organically grown, high altitude, washed processed, and old Typica trees". This was music to our ears when our export partners at Azahar Coffee gave us the description of Pedro Zaragoza's farm.
These conditions are surprisingly common in the Oaxaca region, with many producers growing coffee to sell alongside growing crops for their own sustenance.
Pedro has only produced one batch of coffee this year. Savour this coffee now as it won't last long.
