We’re seeking a Head of Coffee who will lead our sourcing, elevate coffee quality, and cultivate team knowledge.

You'll be working alongside a small yet highly capable team based at our headquarters in Alexandria. We operate closely across all areas of the business, with a hands-on and collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in specialty coffee, including green buying and roasting
• Strong sensory and quality calibration ability
• Proven experience in leading teams and developing capability
• Deep understanding of coffee production, sourcing and supply chains
• Commercial awareness across margins, forecasting and product strategy

We are looking for a senior barista for Glenmore Road.

The successful applicant will be a key figure in our business, bringing our coffee to the public. You must love coffee, hospitality and serving others. You will represent our coffee program (updating weekly) with passion and understanding. 

A minimum of 2-5 years behind the bar; dialling in, creating beverages, providing quality customer service, managing stock and training new staff.

We are searching for a Barista / All-Rounder, ofr both locations, Alexandria & Glenmore Road. This role is responsible for preparing our full suite of beverage options, providing warm, skillful and welcoming customer service and splitting their time between the floor and bar.
