Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service, including fast and reliable shipping of your orders. Please take a few minutes to review our shipping policy below to understand our procedures and expectations.

Processing time

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. However, processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders we receive.

Shipping methods and carriers

We offer a two shipping methods to suit your needs, standard shipping and express shipping. Our shipping carrier is Australia Post.  

Shipping rates

We offer free standard shipping rates on orders over $60.  Orders under $60 will incur a a standard charge of $8 while Express Shipping will cost $15.

 

Delivery times will vary depending on your location, the shipping method you selected, and the carrier's delivery schedule. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date.

International shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. But watch this space. If you do live overseas and wish to place an order, please email orders@meccacoffee.com.au.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or control these charges, so please check with your local customs office for more information.

Order tracking and delivery issues

If you have any questions about your shipment or need assistance with tracking your order, please email us orders@meccacoffee.com.au. In the event of a delivery issue, such as a lost or damaged package, please notify us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the time frames are indicative of our delivery partner recommendations and can be subject to change.
