Our blends comprise of up to 2-3 single origin coffee beans that make up our coffee blends. They will change seasonally yet still hitting a rich and comforting flavour profile. The beauty and craftsmanship of developing our blends takes us on a journey towards the commitment in developing a delicious brew for however you brew. 

Our Big Three coffee blends are designed with every coffee lover in mind, whether you’re a pour-over devotee, a coffee bag convert, or a classic espresso lover. Our blends will take you through different types of coffee experiences; 

House Blend is the OG of our blends and served daily at our Alexandria cafe. A medium roast with notes of orange, honeycomb & milk chocolate. This blend has evolved throughout the years and hands down is our biggest seller. Have it black or with milk. The best seller of our range, it is also the blend that flavours our Mecca Coffee Drip Bags.

Moonwalker is one that we designed specifically for milk drinkers. A slightly darker roast showcasing notes of cassis, pecan pie and dark chocolate, this one cuts through milk but can be enjoyed as a black coffee that can stand on its own. Moonwalker, a blend created with coffee beans from this planet but inspired by outer space. Bold and complex for those who appreciate a strong full-bodied brew.

Moka is our premium blend and the signature blend for our Paddington location. What started off as a collaboration project has now solidified itself as a standout. An ode to the Italian espresso style, it is full-bodied and rich, a symphony of strong dark chocolate and raisins followed by a smooth, well-balanced maraschino cherry finish. A lovely but fierce blend that’s here to delight both milky and home brew black coffee drinkers.
