Water quality matters. If possible, use filtered water (~75–150 ppm). Taste and tweak: finer grind = slower/stronger, coarser = faster/lighter.

Roasted for versatility, it shines both black and with milk. This is the blend that we built our bar around and continues to anchor our menu — the coffee we always come back to.
