A New Partnership

We've partnered with Australian coffee growers Jack Murat, selecting a coffee that sites outside the familiar. Batch 27, naturally processed where whole cherries underwent seven days of anaerobic fermentation in a 7000L tank, before mechanically dried at low temperatures to preserve aromatics.

This isn't a coffee to compare with what you've had before. It's an invitation. An investment in something bigger - something we're discovering together. You may not know that coffee is grown in Australia. Or perhaps you've tasted it before, roasted by other local roasters.

Over the past few months, we've cupped, tasted, roasted and brewed; refining questioning, learning. Our roastery team visited the farm back in July 2025, and its from this harvest that we're now roasting, ready for you to brew.
