Water quality matters. If possible, use filtered water (~75–150 ppm). Taste and tweak: finer grind = slower/stronger, coarser = faster/lighter.

Expect notes of dark chocolate, pecan pie and cassis with a smooth, velvety body. Roasted slightly longer for extra sweetness and intensity, it’s the perfect blend for milk-based drinks or anyone who prefers a more traditional, comforting cup.
