The Dispatch & Production Coordinator at Mecca Coffee is responsible for ensuring that coffee moves through the roastery accurately, efficiently and without disruption.

This role sits at the intersection of dispatch, delivery and production support, ensuring that orders are fulfilled correctly, partners are serviced reliably and the roasting team is supported day to day.

Working closely with the Senior Roaster and wider team, this position maintains flow, organisation and consistency across all operational touchpoints.

The Dispatch & Production Coordinator operates with attention to detail, urgency and accountability. It understands that accuracy and timing are critical, and takes ownership of ensuring that every order and delivery reflects the standards of the Mecca brand.

This role respects process, contributes to it and maintains a clean, organised and high-functioning workspace.

We are looking for a senior barista for Glenmore Road.

The successful applicant will be a key figure in our business, bringing our coffee to the public. You must love coffee, hospitality and serving others. You will represent our coffee program (updating weekly) with passion and understanding. 

A minimum of 2-5 years behind the bar; dialling in, creating beverages, providing quality customer service, managing stock and training new staff.

We are searching for a Barista / All-Rounder, ofr both locations, Alexandria & Glenmore Road. This role is responsible for preparing our full suite of beverage options, providing warm, skillful and welcoming customer service and splitting their time between the floor and bar.
