Since three is the magic number, Yosedis Sagastume is the third producer we’re showcasing from Santa Barbara, Honduras; best known for being the Cup of Excellence kings.

Yosedis’ farm “Finca Las Lomas” has been sourcing coffee for over a decade and his Pacas variety -a natural mutation of the Bourbon variety- is delivering extraordinary results. Las Lomas sits an hour’s hike through a natural forest, surrounded by native flora and fauna, giving unique conditions for coffee production.

For him, it’s not an easy task to produce high quality coffee in this enchanting but challenging environment, but it’s definitely worth it!
