We’re proud to have Pedro Moreno’s coffee on our menu once again. As one of the most sought after producers in El Cedral, you cannot hesitate to purchase lots from Pedro. Pedro Moreno was one of the first farmers to produce coffee in the region. Growing Pacas and Bourbon varieties on one hectare of land, Pedro chooses to farm without pesticides or fertilizer to enrich the biodiversity on his farm and for the quality of his coffee.

Pedro’s farm ‘El Mango’ sits in the cloud forest of the Santa Barbara region of Honduras. He was one of the first farmers to produce coffee in the region. His pride and love for both coffee and his country are infectious; “I’m so proud that my coffees have special value in other countries. This motivates me to keep working and fighting to put Honduras as a point of reference for great coffee” - Pedro Moreno.

This year Pedro’s coffee has a sweet pastry flavour and intense black tea in the cup.
